QA Manager [Chemical]

We are currently looking for a QA Manager for a leading player in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 20 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that supports business goals, establishes measurable KPIs, and spreadheads process and product quality (PPQ) initiatives to foster continuous improvements.
• Regularly assess and refine QC specifications to ensure guarantee adherence to both regulatory and customer standards, working closely with key stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, interpret performance data, and contribute to the implementation of changes aimed at enhancing production efficiency.
• Support the implementation of lean initiatives to optimize operations, reduce waste, and strengthen the team's agility in addressing quality issues.
• Supervise the evaluation of customer product samples, ensuring they meet quality standards, and facilitate approval coordination with the Commercial and Application teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Chemical Manufacturing industry are preferred.
• Expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and relevant quality standards.
• Skilled in quality methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Quality Control (SQC)) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA).
• Skilled in quality audits, regulatory compliance, and supplier quality management.
• Strong leadership with experience managing teams, engaging stakeholders, and solving complex issues.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and promoting a quality-driven culture.
